Lehigh University
Art Direction + tour strategy
Lehigh University aimed to enhance alumni engagement by launching a dynamic campaign that celebrated alumni achievements and inspired future contributions. The challenge was to design a cohesive, multi-faceted experience across 15 cities, integrating both physical and digital elements.
As art director, I led the creative strategy, including the design of modular banners that showcased storytelling throughout the event; pre-program featuring a black and white photography to emphasize the past, and bold color for the future thinking on the post-program reception. A digital immersive program was developed for President Joseph J. Helble’s remarks, enhancing the presentation's impact. We also created alumni Future Maker cards to highlight alumni contributions.
To engage participants, the campaign featured a puzzle piece sculpture and a unique Lego activation. Guests signed bricks that would form a 14x14 foot Lehigh crest logo, later to be displayed in the alumni hallway, on Lehigh's campus.
The campaign successfully engaged over 20,000 alumni across the U.S. and the UK, creating lasting memories and strengthening alumni bonds. The interactive and immersive design ensured a consistent brand experience and left a meaningful legacy for the university.
A favorite testimonial of mine from our partner at Lehigh:
"I'm in love with design of the pre and post banner activations, this has be my favorite project in my 15 years, and will be my lasting legacy here."
