Re-Branding for a Downtown Chicago Highrise in the heart of the hottest shopping district.  Collateral, website, branding, and environmental graphics were created to replace the outdated leasing materials that were previously set in place. Pieces within the folder are fold-out posters, broken down into sections based on the size of the units.
