Sasha Bruce Youthwork
Event art direction + motion graphics
For their 50th Anniversary, Sasha Bruce Youthwork sought expertise planning a Gala in Washington, D.C., eventually coming to be known as 'Better Together'. Our team was tasked with creating a comprehensive suite of design and event elements aimed at honoring distinguished guests and supporting fundraising efforts for their youth homelessness network of support. Our approach began with developing a cohesive visual identity that captured the spirit and mission of Sasha Bruce. This included the design of event logos, color palettes, and motion graphics, as well as full event production from vendors to talent, that resonated with both the organization's ethos and the prestigious nature of the gala.

We produced a campaign of print materials, from menus and programs to info displays, signage, table assignments, and silent auction materials, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. To further amplify the event's reach, we designed a dedicated website and a series of visually engaging social media graphics, which helped in building anticipation and maintaining momentum leading up to the gala.

For the evening's presentations, we designed and produced impactful videos and a run-of-show live presentation that highlighted the organization's achievements and future goals, helping to drive the fundraising message home. The event also featured several interactive activations, including photo opps and engaging multimedia message sharing. The cohesive and strategic design and branding efforts resulted in a visually stunning and emotionally resonant event, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees at the National Building Museum. The event resulted in a substantial 1.5+ Million raised for the organizations, half a million above their goal amount.
