1000 South Clark

Collateral development, advertising, signage, environmental graphics, and website made for the newest high rise in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. Leasing materials were designed so that brokers can customize the inserts to fit the individual client and then re-bind the booklet with a branded rubber band.  Premium units were printed as a secondary piece with large format layouts and a similarly bound with a linen band.
